All our properties are professionally cleaned and have Fresh Linen waiting for your arrival.
Linen includes, mattress protector, a bed sheet, a duvet sheet, pillow cases, and 1 towel per guest.
Extra can be ordered for a Fee.
Toiletries
Each apartment will have a Shampoo and a Shower gel dispenser, and a hand soap dispenser provided for each bathroom sink.
The Toilets are being provided with a generic amount of toilet paper. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase extra if needed.

All our apartments are located in IP4, which means that most things are within walking distance.
Parks and History
Christchurch Park is the jewel of the area. This beautiful park is home to Christchurch Mansion, a free-to-enter Tudor house museum with an impressive art collection, including works by John Constable and Thomas Gainsborough. Nearby, you'll also find Holywells Park and Alexandra Park, providing more green spaces for walking and relaxation.
Shopping and Dining
The IP4 area offers a mix of shopping and food options. You can find unique, independent shops in the area known as "The Saints," which is a great spot for finding hidden gems. For dining, there are many options from traditional pubs to diverse restaurants serving a variety of cuisines.
